- Detailed description of the company's activities
- Company registration confirmation - Articles of incorporation/organization
- EIN - Form SS-4 or Letter CP575
- Bylaws/Operating agreement - statutory documents of the company
- Passports of all founders and distribution of shares in the company
- Address of residence, phone numbers and E-mails of all founders
- ITIN/SSN of all founders of the company (if any)
- Bank statements for the year from all current accounts of the company
- Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet - financial statements of companies for the calendar year (not for 0 reports)
- Company tax report for the previous year (if available)
